Hai ngôi sao của màn ảnh xứ Hàn là Lee Byung Hun và Bi (Rain) đều bất ngờ và hạnh phúc khi nhận được tin rằng, họ có tên trong danh sách bầu chọn của giải MTV Movie Awards năm 2010, giải thưởng trong lĩnh vực điện ảnh do kênh truyền hình âm nhạc MTV trao tặng.

Với vai diễn chính đầu tiên trong một bộ phim nói tiếng Anh - Ninja Assassin, Bi (Rain) nhận được đề cử trong hạng mục Best Ass Kicking Star (tạm dịch là Ngôi sao tỏa sáng nhất). Anh sẽ cạnh tranh trực tiếp với những ngôi sao của Hollywood như Brad Pitt, Bruce Willis và Sam Worthington.


Ninja Assassin đã đem lại thành công vượt bậc cho Bi.
 
Ninja Assassin là bộ phim nói tiếng Anh thứ hai mà Bi (Rain) tham gia sau Speed Racer. Phim ra mắt khán giả vào năm ngoái và trong phim, chàng ca sĩ điển trai xứ Hàn vào vai một ninja. Vai diễn của Bi (Rain) có rất nhiều cảnh quay hành động phức tạp, để chuẩn bị cho vai diễn này, nam ca sĩ xứ Hàn đã phải áp dụng một chế độ tập luyện hà khắc và chế độ ăn kiêng khoa học.

Còn ngôi sao của IRIS - Lee Byung Hun lại gây ấn tượng với khán giả quốc tế với vai diễn trong bộ phim hành động của Hollywood G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra. Nam diễn viên 39 tuổi Lee Byung Hun nhận được đề cử Best Fight (Cảnh chiến đấu xuất sắc nhất) trong hệ thống giải thưởng MTV Movie Awards năm nay. Đối thủ của anh sẽ là những ngôi sao nổi tiếng như Hugh Jackman, Jude Law, Chris Pine...


Vai diễn của Lee Byung Hun trong G.I Joe có nhiều đất để hành động.

Năm ngoái, G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra khá thành công về doanh thu phòng vé và diễn xuất của Lee Byung Hun trong phim thì được khán giả quốc tế khen ngợi. Được biết, Lee Byung Hun còn có ý định tham gia tiếp phần hai của bộ phim hành động này, dự kiến bấm máy trong năm nay.

Cuộc bầu chọn sẽ kết thúc vào ngày 09.04 tới và kết quả giải thưởng MTV Movie Awards năm 2010 sẽ được công bố vào ngày 06.06.2010.
